Welcome

Hidden Cove is an area of approximately 65 acres adjacent to Sengekontacket Pond and bordering the towns of Oak Bluffs and Edgartown on the island of Martha's Vineyard in the state of Massachusetts.

In 1980 a Master Declaration was recorded in the Town of Oak Bluffs stating the intent of Peter Van Rosbeck to create a community on the land of Hidden Cove. Today, nearly 70 owners occupy seasonal or year-round residences. These owners are members of the Hidden Cove Property Owners Association (HCPOA), the legal entity responsible for operation of Hidden Cove. Approximately 15 residents are members of the Hillside Homes Condominium Trust, a condominium organization within the HCPOA. HCPOA members have access to common land that includes tennis and boat landing facilities, as well as ponds, meadows, and undeveloped areas.

Hidden Cove is governed under a Master Declaration, Bylaws, and Rules, all of which are subject to amendment through stated procedures and are subscribed to by resident owners. A Board of Trustees, elected annually by the membership, has fiduciary responsibility for the Association.

Hidden Cove prides itself on the variety and quality of its land and water views, and strives to maintain and enhance those views for the enjoyment of owners and preservation of the value of owners' investments.
